The Maintenance Supervisor works with the maintenance team in ensuring that our grounds exceed the expectations of our patients and their families while they are in our care. This position plays a key role in the overall presentation of our center and a direct supervisor for the maintenance staff.
The Licensed Social Worker LSW oversees the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the Social Services Department within the facility in accordance with current existing Federal, State and local standards and works directly with discharge planners, family or responsible party to initiate tour of facility and follow up procedures.
The MDS Nurse (LVN), under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process including completion of an accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) and collection of data to develop the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care.
